Coaching Agreement: We don’t require every agent to participate in our real estate coaching program for their personal business. If, an agent receives company business. We require them only to be coached on on the company business they receive.
Real Estate Coach: Is someone that is a real estate coach for one of our agents.
Business Plan: We help an agent set up a business plan for following categories: (Budget & Expenses, Core Marketing Strategy, Monthly Marketing Budget, Monthly & Yearly Income Goal, Average Sales Price, Time Blocking)
Marketing Plan: We help an agent set up a marketing plan for the following categories: (Marketing Channels, Success Strategies, # of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, & Yearly Leads, # of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, & Yearly Appointments)
Company Business: For, company business we track the following numbers: (Daily & Weekly Numbers, Buyer Scorecard, Seller Scorecard)
Lead Management: In a lead management system we focus on (1) likely leads, are those that are likely to work with an agent (2) qualified leads, are those that have been interviewed on the phone and are qualify to sell or buy (3) agreed leads, are those that have agreed to meet or work with an agent.
Sales Pipeline: A prospective client in a sales pipeline has personally met with a sales agent. They could want to do something now or in the future. All buyers an agent has met with should have signed a buyer broker agreement.

Social Media Content: As a company we provide our agents with social media content.
Personal Business: We help our agent to post content on their social media platforms to originate new leads, convert leads, and market by referral.
Company Business: If, an agent is successful in closing company business. We use listed properties to run ads on our agents social media platforms to originate leads as company business. By, advertising on an agents social media could help them originate more personal business.
Social Media Platforms: We will help an agent create content for the following social media platforms. (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
