Our Compensation Plans
Our brokerage splits are set annually as a percentage of gross commission income. An agent takes a 70 percent split until the 30 percent contribution to the broker equals to yearly cap. Once that happens, they get 100% of their commissions until the end of the calendar year. We charge a $199 transaction fee on every closing for compliance & E&O Insurance.

Per-Closed Transaction
Every newly licensed agent’s first personal buyer and seller transaction is closed at a 50/50 split, and does not count towards their cap.
